Services and quotes
Project scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement. Website descriptions do not constitute a binding offer. Work begins only after written acceptance of our commercial terms.
Intellectual property
Website design, text, logos, and media remain the property of QubitX or its licensors. Client project IP is handled under the applicable service agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer rights.
